To succeed, Ukraine must effectively mobilize domestic potential and support from partner countries. Investors from these countries will consider Ukraine attractive after adopting a clear long-term decarbonization policy in line with the European Green Deal, transparent and equal access to auctions for permits and licenses for the construction and operation of energy infrastructure facilities in the national energy market, as well as effective mechanisms to protect investments from war damage and raiding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
