Organizing the spending of these funds at the central and regional levels without corruption is a challenge for the government, as this process will directly affect the amount of resources that can be engaged, the possibility of economic recovery after the war, and Ukraine’s accession to the EU.
Therefore, the Institute of Legislative Ideas has launched the Recovery project, including the study \u201cPreventing Corruption during Ukraine\u2019s Recovery.\u201d The study examines international experience (US and reconstruction of Afghanistan and Iraq, EU and reconstruction of the Balkans, Marshall Plan) and Ukrainian experience of rebuilding Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
