By 2030, the world is likely to face a shortage of 85 million technology and highly skilled workers. Given the high level of higher education in Ukraine, the country is uniquely positioned to become a major destination economy for transnational corporations (TNCs) seeking an elite workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukraine should achieve a per capita ICT services exports figure of USD 1,500 &#8211; up from USD 163 in 2021.
