We in Congress have a responsibility to defend freedom from the likes of Russia, China, and Iran. Many of you have questioned why we should support Ukraine, and this report will not only address your questions but will provide you with the information to inform others, especially our constituencies, why our support is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make no mistake, U.S. support for Ukraine is not charity. After President Biden\u2019s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, supporting Ukraine to defeat Putin\u2019s invading forces is critical to restoring American deterrence in Europe, the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific. Our adversaries are watching, and this proposed plan for victory will ensure that Ukraine is able to make the needed advances on the battlefield to force Putin to the negotiating table. Otherwise, the power vacuum of a Putin victory in Ukraine would usher in a more dangerous world for the United States and our allies and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Source:<\/em><\/strong> <a
