Settlements in different regions of Ukraine have suffered differently, and thus there is a need to determine approaches to reconstruction, prioritize certain projects, and involve residents, including internally displaced persons and representatives of non-governmental organizations, in the reconstruction process. Equally important is the study of the readiness of local governments to engage residents in the reconstruction process. The data obtained as a result of the study will form the basis for the creation of an e-democracy module on the DREAM online reconstruction platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Please note!
