DiXi Group experts analyzed this issue in their new report &#8220;Best Practices of Green Finance and Post-War Green Recovery: Opportunities for Ukraine&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In early April, it was reported that the energy departments of Ukraine and the United States, together with the Net Zero World initiative, are preparing a program of cooperation on carbon-free and sustainable energy sector in Ukraine. Also in April, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine and the Vice Chancellor of Germany, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection signed a joint statement of intent in Kyiv that expands the areas of bilateral energy partnership with a focus on green recovery and rebuilding of Ukraine&#8217;s energy sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, Ukraine&#8217;s total public debt in the first half of 2023 increased by 15.6%, or by USD 17.4 billion, to USD 128.81 billion. and amounted to USD 128.81 billion.
