These ways are: first, the direct transfer of the assets to Ukraine; second, transfer of the proceeds from the assets to Ukraine; third, transfer of taxes charged on the proceeds; and fourth, using the assets as collateral to ensure that Russia fulfills its obligations to compensate for the damage. Benefits and disadvantages of each of the four methods are outlined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Source:<\/em><\/strong> <a
