Results of the Study of the Level of Involvement of All Stakeholders in the Reconstruction Process

After the destruction caused by Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, infrastructure, including medical, social, road transport, housing, education, and other infrastructure, needs to be significantly restored. Settlements in different regions of Ukraine have suffered differently, and thus there is a need to determine approaches to reconstruction, prioritize certain projects, and involve residents, including internally displaced persons and representatives of non-governmental organizations, in the reconstruction process. Equally important is the study of the readiness of local governments to engage residents in the reconstruction process. The data obtained as a result of the study will form the basis for the creation of an e-democracy module on the DREAM online reconstruction platform.
