International Experience of Postwar Industrial Recovery

This article analyzes the pre-war and post-war industrial development of the countries of Europe, Asia and Africa that experienced wars and conflicts in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. The consequences of the implementation of macroeconomic policies and measures aimed at supporting industry and the business climate are considered. The role of the state and international organizations in stimulating the transformation processes in the industrial sector of the world’s countries in the postwar period is determined. Institutional impulses and barriers to the formation of a strategic line of industrial development in the countries involved in armed conflicts and wars are highlighted.
