Post-War Reconstruction Ukraine: Potential and Strategy of Transformation

After the end of the military conflicts, the country faced massive destruction of infrastructure and economic decline. The issue of restoring the state in such conditions has always been relevant.

The purpose of the article is to assess the damage caused by the war to the infrastructure; to formulate priority strategies for the recovery of Ukraine’s economy; and to summarize the experience of other countries.

The research methods are based on the analysis of open data, its processing and use, as well as on the methods of systematization and system-structural analysis, which will allow to formulate the data in a unified format to simplify their perception.

Important elements of the country’s recovery include attracting foreign financing in various formats; economic reforms; and facilitating the resumption of private business. The article is of practical value as a recommendation material that accumulates theoretical and practical experience in restoring the country’s economy.
