year. Many cities have suffered significant destruction. The critical infrastructure of cities and regions has become targeted by the Russian Federation. Large-scale, catastrophic migration processes migration processes impose additional difficulties for the work and recovery of cities.
In this policy brief, we have attempted to analyze the problem of post-war urban recovery and urban development, and highlight the main challenges for the planning process of post-war recovery in Ukraine.
We also propose new approaches for rebuilding the cities of the future in Ukraine: green recovery
and green transformation of cities in the postwar period.
